It was certainly different to the PADI Open Water Certification…for one thing the company was professional but a lot more relaxed (but i’m not sure if it’s because i’m already qualified now)!
I boarded the ‘Sailing Club’ boat a little after 8 am and it made its way to the port, together with the other fun divers. There were three other groups, but ours was the only one in a large group (and by this I mean more than two people plus the Dive Master).
As I was doing a ‘Fun Dive’ the company set up all of the equipment. We just had to turn up and get into the gear…it was really great, though I did feel a little like I was cheating in not doing anything!
I decided to rent an underwater camera and it was a really great idea: I didn’t manage to get many clear photos, but I did get some 🙂
