Bangkok – Take three

Another short Bangkok trip.

In order to prepare myself for Wellington (New Zealand) and the work that I will be doing, I thought it would be a great idea to go shopping. There are three main shopping centers in Bangkok: Siam Paragon, Siam Centre and Central World, all of which are brilliant, huge and full of gorgeous shops with gorgeous clothes and accessories.

Shopping in Thailand seems a little more organized than anywhere else that I have been so far. I mean this because generally the shopping malls have certain shops all clustered together. The food shops and restaurants are all on a floor together, the shoe shops are all on a floor together etc. It’s quite nice really.

I ended up getting three smart tops, t-shirts and lots and lots of tights! I’d say that it was a success!

I finally got to see the ‘Reclining Buddha’. Yay. The temple is the oldest and largest in Bangkok, housing the 46m long and 15m high Reclining Buddha.
It’s pretty impressive.
