Tonight was the second Richter City league match of the Derby season: Brutal Pageant vs Smash Malice.
One of the things that I really like about Roller Derby is the names that each skater has…some of my favourite from the game tonight: Bethwish, Danger Spouse, Professor McGonnaKill, Blocktimus Prime, Scary Maclary, Geal Force, Storm in a B cup and not forgetting Lady in Dread.
It was quite funny to find out that the paramedics had all been given Derby names for the evening. I didn’t hear what any of them were due to the feedback on the mic being terrible, but I thought it was great that they involved everyone 🙂
