A few days ago, I mentioned to a work friend that I had bought a sewing machine and that I was planning to learn to actually use it…and the next day she appeared at my desk with a rather large box of sewing patterns to borrow!
There were all sorts in there: Trousers, jackets, summer shorts, summer tops, and best of all; summer dresses. What a lovely person 🙂
I have had a good look through the patterns since bringing them home and have decided to have a go at a few of them.
The other patterns I will give back as there are a lot there and I don’t know if I’ll get around to making all of them just yet. I think I should probably go a little easy with the first few things I make will as they will, no doubt, turn out slightly different than I plan them too…
