So, I got a perm…

OMG I got a perm!!!

I decided a few weeks ago that I would do something drastic with my hair.

The perm began with my hair being put in teeny-tiny rollers and then pinned into place, this took about fifty minutes…next was cotton wool around the edges and then the application of the most disgusting smelly setting lotion (it smelt about three times as bad as hair dye…and just as strong) …this had to be left on for around half an hour to do its work and my head wrapped with clingfilm to keep in the heat (i did look slightly odd). This is then washed off in the seat-sink hybrid so that the next stage can begin: another wrapping of cotton wool and the application of a rather runny lotion (i’m really not sure what this one did), again kept on for about half an hour. The last stage was rinsing the hair and then taking out the rollers finally: it looked epic!
