We seem to be doing okay so far.
After three nights of being a chicken mummy, I feel a little less stressed (but only marginally).
They seem to be eating and drinking properly. They’re certainly pooping well…they never seem to stop! Who would have thought that something so small could have that much poop!
I’ve managed to get them to trust me enough that if I pop my hand into their little housing box, they’ll clamber onto me and I can hold them. It’s all very adorable. I’m quite enjoying them.
I still haven’t got any signs that would indicate whether they are little hens or little roosters…
