When we first got the chickens we bought a proper chicken coop to put them outside in. Until now they’ve been too small to go outside.
We built it in the garage and then transferred it to the living room to see how it looked. Before we could get the chickens into it Agatha decided that she would claim it for her own.
After Agatha’s approval we tried it on the deck to see if it would work, and to see if the chickens liked it…and would use it properly. We came to the conclusion that they couldn’t get up to the little room at the top, but other than that it seemed perfect for them.
We put the chickens in and they seemed perfectly happy!
Agatha kept a watchful eye out over them, even getting into the coop at one point.
The strange thing is that she doesn’t seem to want to do anything other than just sit and watch them. She talks to them!
