Lockdown 2.Oh

So at 11:59pm tonight we begin another Level 4 Lockdown. I’m calling this one ‘Lockdown 2.Oh’.

For those of you not currently in New Zealand, Level 4 is the highest alert system. The one where we all have to stay at home and keep within our ‘bubble’. We WfH (work from home), do our shopping online, and generally become hermits.

Last year, when we were in lockdown, it wasn’t too bad for James and I. We can work from home with relative ease, and we don’t have any tiny humans to worry about. Just tiny animals. This time feels about the same, less unknown, but pretty similar: Stay at home, keep to your bubble, don’t stress out, stop buying all of the toilet roll.

This lockdown I have decided to keep on top of the exercise and not eat all the biscuits. I also want to try and do some new things while I have a bit of time to play about (you know, with all of that spare time that I’m not outside of my house doing things).

I have decided to try to learn how to shoot and edit blogging style videos. I have an Adobe Creative Cloud account so I’m going to try to learn how to use Adobe Premier Pro (2021) to edit my video footage from both my camera, my phone and my laptop.

So watch this space, it’s either going to be very good, or very, very bad!

NOTE
You can find more information about the alert levels on the Unite against Covid-19 website.
