Things I am loving this last few weeks:
- Easter holidays
- New Nintendo Switch games
- A new tattoo
I’ve been home alone having a staycation and it has been lovely 🙂
James wanted to go home to Ireland and see his family, but given all the restrictions, I was a little less than excited to travel. Plus the possibility of getting stuck on the other side of the world and having to get someone to look after Herman and Peggy for an undesignated amount of time was giving me stress headaches. So I didn’t go.
I did however stay at home and have a really chilled Easter break.
My break technically started when I dropped James off at Wellington Airport on the 7th. We got there nice and early (and it was a good job that we did because they had to rejig his flights around so that all the visas and Covid tests aligned) and then I went home and chilled. I had to work most of the following week, but once i’d got that out of the way I had an entire 10 days of doing absolutely nothing. It was lovely!
Just before the Easter holidays I got two new Nintendo Switch games: Kirby and the Forgotten Land, and Lego Starwars: The Skywalker Saga.
Both games are adorable!
Today I got a new tattoo 🙂
I have been planning a new one for a while, but couldn’t settle on anything. James got me a tattoo voucher for Christmas, so I thought that I should use it before it runs out!
