The Project Managers at work do an ‘8 Week Challenge’ every year. This year a few of us in the Learning Design team are joining in.
The 8 Week Challenge is generally supposed to be a time where you try to better yourself…whether thats mentally or physically, it doesn’t matter, you just try to be healthier and whatnot. Other people chose goals such as ‘drink more water’, or ‘cycle more’. I chose the following goals:
- As well as Pole and PT, go to the gym (or run or cycle) at least two more times a week.
- No biscuits
- No Dr. Pepper
- Only one caramel coffee shot per day (I can have as much coffee as I like, just no more than one caramel shot per day).
