This week it was JUST cycling.
We started off with a warm up. It was easy riding on the flat roads around Upper Hutt. We cycled from the childrens’ park, up to the highway and back round to where we started…THEN came the hill climbs up Wallaceville Hill. It was hard! The hill seems to never end!
The cool down was the same as the warm up.
Overall it was 20.46km in total, over 1:32:22…so not terrible.
