Today my husband and I swapped Trentham ParkRun for East Coast Park in Singapore…it was moist!
I really don’t think I have ever been so sweaty. I really do mean that. Singapore is another level of wet!
James managed to run the entire 5km, I however couldn’t manage anything more than a spritely waddle. It was by no means my fastest time, but I am happy for the experience of attempting to run in that heat.
