This week it was cycling and running.



We started off with a warm up of easy riding on the flat roads between Change HQ and Seaview. We cycled along the road until we got to an area of the Industrial Area that was flat and where we could do circuits. The circuits consisted of an hour riding around the block. The cool down was the same as the warm up.
Once back at Change HQ, we ran for a half an hour (or 5km – whichever came first). I ran for 30 minutes.
Overall it was 24.41km of cycling and 4.23km of running – so not too shabby.
What did I learn this session
Don’t turn up to Tri Squad hung over…it’s awful…
